Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most global destinations excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed once your package reaches its destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility as we have no control over these charges.

4. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In the original packaging
• Have all original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• All swimwear bottoms
• Any item marked as “Final Sale” on its product page

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions
3. Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and tags, including your RA number on the package

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

• We will ship the new size once we receive the original item
• You are responsible for shipping costs for the new exchange shipment
• If the new item has a higher price, you will be charged the difference
