At Bikini Confidence, we want you to feel as confident in your purchase as you do on the beach. We strive to get your beach-ready styles to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping ( $12.95 ): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging
  • Have all original tags attached

Please Note: Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • All swimwear bottoms
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” on its product page

All swimwear bottoms and specially marked sale items are considered final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Confidence Team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your return.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and tags. Please include your RA number on the package.
  4. Ship It Back: Mail the package to our returns address at:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
  • Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanging for a Different Size

For size exchanges:

  • We will ship the new size to you once we have received the original item.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the new exchange shipment.
  • If the new item has a higher price than the original, you will be charged the difference.
