Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear bottoms or any final sale items. All swimwear bottoms and specially marked sale items are considered final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Confidence Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  4. Package your item securely with the original packaging and tags
  5. Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your return authorization)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days after we process the refund)

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new size once we receive the original item
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for the exchange shipment
  • If the exchanged item costs more than the original, you’ll be charged the difference

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear bottoms
